~ Bódogh Family ~

       The earliest documented progenitor of the Bódogh family that also ties into the family tree, is Mihály Bódogh.  He was born sometime in the mid-late 1600's and was most likely born in the town of Miskolcz, Borsod County, Hungary (Miskolcz is located in the North-East part of Hungary).  Mihály had three sons: Mihály, Péter and István.  Their descendants can be found in the genealogies to the right.

       These genealogies were found in the Borsod County, Hungary archives under the Nobility records.  There are 118 pages of information in Latin and Hungarian pertaining to the Nobility of the Bódogh Family.
