The only causes of death I have listed in these indexed records are those for individuals that died from epidemics or outbreaks of disease.  The death records that fit into this category are organized by colors.  I highlighted the entire record by their specific color, and also listed which disease it was in the 'notes' column.  Here is a list of the colors:  (The records are far from complete, so there may be additions to this list.)
