Will of Thomas Rodgers

In the name of God, Amen.
On the six day of Aprile in the year of our Lord one thousand aught hundred I Thomas Rogers of the County of Washington and State of Tennessee calling To mind to mind the mortality of my of my of my Body and that it is apinted unto all men once to die and being sick and weke in Body but in parfectly sound in judgement and memory do macke constitue and ordaine this to be my Last will and testament that is to say I do primarly and first of all I give up and resign my soul unto God who give it and Recomend my Body to be burreyed in Christian like and decent manner at the descretion of my Excutor Nothing accepting but that at the last day I shall Receive the same again by the mighty Power of God. And as to such worldly estate wherewith it has pleased God to bless me I do devise and disspose of in the manner and form following to witt.
