Chronological Timeline:
1622 arrival on the ship Forward Frigate, sponsored by Southey Littlebury Co., and received a land grant for 50 acres. Thomas' name can be seen on a list of emigrants transported to the New World by the famous John Smith of Jamestown fame. His name is also listed in Filby's first edition as having landed at Virginia in 1623.
On 16 Feb 1623 in Jamestown, Virginia, Captain John Smith prepared "List of the livinge & dead in Virginia." Thomas Blacklocke appears towards the end of the list for the "Eastern Shore," headed by Captain William Epps.

1624 Jamestown pioneer census
On 29 Feb 1651 in Northampton County, Virginia, the court ordered that "Tho. Blacklock shall pay __ of tob[acco] for selling drinck on the Sabath day."
