Children:
Christopher Young first began appearing in the Logan County, Kentucky tax lists in 1795, indicating he had likely turned 21 years old. The previous tax list of 1794 shows John Young with a male aged 16-20 in his household, who isn't in the same household a year in 1795. Christopher Young appears from 1795 through 1809. Afterwards, he appears to have relocated to Butler County, Kentucky. At one point, Christopher was going by Chrisley Young or Christley Young.

On 11 Jul 1809 in Ohio County, Kentucky, Christopher Young brought charges against Robert Cooper. The jury ultimately found the defendant not guilty, stating "that the plaintiff take nothing by his bill but for his false clamor be in mercy." Christopher Young was ordered to pay all costs.

During a court session on 12 Jul 1809 in Ohio County, Kentucky, William Phelps was paid a total of $1.38 for "guarding Christley Young and Isaac Funkhouser to jail on a charge of felony twelve miles in going and returning the same distance." It states they were held in jail of Ohio County for two days.
