Chronological Timeline:
The last will and testament of Sebastian Woofter was written on 13 Mar 1807 in Loudoun County, Virginia. He bequeaths "the use of my whole estate both real and personal during her natural life" to his wife Mary. After Mary's death, "the land to be sold and the money arising form the sale thereof together with the personal estate to be equally divided amongst my several grandchildren here after named viz:"
My son John Woofters children: Susanna, Priscilla, Jonathan, James, John and the youngest daughter whose name is unknown
Children of my daughter Elizabeth who is dead: Jane Costalow, Elizabeth Hyde, Nancy Windgrove and John Windgrove
Children of my daughter Mary Phillips, wife of Jenkin Phillips: Elizabeth Phillips, Mary Phillips, William Phillips
Children of my daughter Jane Starkey, wife of Isaac Starkey: Jacob Starkey, John Starkey, Elizabeth Starkey and Ceppha Starkey
Son John Woofter and daughters Mary Phillips & Jane Starkey were given "one shilling each having heretofore provided for them." The executors were his wife Mary Woofter and his friend William Bronaugh. The witnesses to the last will and testament were Moses Brown and James Reed. Moses Brown and James Reed both swore oath and proved the deed in court on 11 May 1807. The widowed Mary Woofter relinquished her rights as executor and William Bronaugh paid bond of $1,000 with Samuel Boggess and Lewis Ellzey as his securities.

A few records extracted from Apprentices, poor children and bastards: Loudoun County, Virginia 1757-1850, published in 2000 by Louisa Skinner Hutchison, explain more about Jane Costalow, granddaughter of Sebastian Woofter.
13 Feb 1804: Nancy Winegrove & John Winegrove, 4 years old on 1 Jul 1803 & twins of Elizabeth Costelo, bound to William & Sarah Trayhorn.
13 Feb 1804: Elizabeth Hide, 8 years old on 1 Aug 1804, was bound to Samuel Todd.
14 May 1804: Jane Caslo, 12 years old on 18 May 1804, bound to Gabriel McGeath.
NOTE: The researcher of the sourced website states Jane herself was married to a Costello, while Elizabeth was married to a Hyde. This doesn't make sense, considering these minor children were being bound to guardians in 1804, after their mother Elizabeth passed away. Those were their birth names and they were children; there are four year gaps between the childrens' births.
