The "Ten Thousand Name Petition" contains an undated list of 50 signatures whose many signatures also appear to match those on the 12 Oct 1776 petition from the Occaqon Baptist Church in Prince William County, Virginia. The Occaqon Baptist Church is presently called the Oak Grove Church on Bacon Race Road in Woodbridge, Prince William County, Virginia. Although the page is torn, this should be Christopher Costilow's own signature.
