On 9 Feb 1789 in Loudoun County, Virginia, on the complaint of the overseer of the poor, Ellis Heart with James Buffington and Thomas Heart as his securities, came into court and was recognized for the maintaining of Sarah Costillo's child and ordered that he pay all costs.
NOTE: Sarah Costillo is presumably the daughter of Christopher Costilow. They were the only Costilow family in Loudoun County, Virginia at the time and Sarah would align well to fit into Christopher's known children. Sarah would have had to be at least 16 years old here, estimating her birth sometime before 1773.
