On 19 Apr 1751 in Ireland, a memorial of a lease was recorded between Warner Westenra Esqr. of Lamberton, Queens County, and John Sharp Gent. of Clonbrone, King's County. The lease was for 290 acres of land in "the town & lands of Killivilly situtate lying and being the Barony of Ballybritt and King's County". The lease began on 20 Apr 1751 and lasted the duration of the lives of the said John Sharp, Christopher Sharp son of Jeremiah Sharp of Shinrone in King's County, and Chrisr. Costelo son of Stephen Costelo of Clonfert in Galway County. They were all to pay a yearly rent of 7 shillings per acre. The witnesses to the deed were Wm. Martin Doctor of Physick of McMelick in Queens County, Richard Horseman Yeoman of Birr in Queens County, and Michael Argent Gent. of Dublin. The deed was proven on 10 Jun 1751 at 6pm by Richard Horseman.

On 9 Mar 1752 in Ireland, a memorial of an indented deed was recorded between Christopher Sharp Farmer of Banagher in King's County and John Sharp of Clonbroan [Clonbrone], brother of the said Christopher. He had sold a "brick house in the Town of Parsonstown in King's County, formerly in the possession of Charles Williamson mearing the on the plot then in the possesion of Mathew Hubart and on the other side mearing on the house the in the possession of Timothy Mora in the street leading from the Market House to the Castle with a plot joining the Quakers burying place." The sale was for 1 year by an indenture dated the day next, 10 Mar 1752, together with the lease of indenture made to "William Hines of Parsonstown of the said house and premises by Christopher Sharp father of the said Christopher Sharp and John Sharp." The consideration for the deed was 70 pounds sterling and this was added onto the original lease made by Sir William Parsons Baronet to the said Christopher father of John Sharp by virtue of the covenant for renewal forever. The witnesses to the deed were Thomas Cantrell comber of Banagher in King's County, Maurice Downer surveyor of Parsonstown, and Patrick Wall p__kemaker of Parsonstown. The deed was proven on 27 Jul 1752 by Maurice Downer.

On 25 Nov 1766 in Ireland, a memorial of articles of agreement were recorded between Moses Coates Gent. Tanner of Eyrecourt in County Galway and Stephen Costoly Gent. Farmer of Clonfert in County Galway, and Ann Costaly daughter of said Stephen of the third part. The articles of agreement recited a marriage proposal including a dower: if Ann were to become a childless widow, she would receive 400 pounds from Moses Coates' freehold & personal estates; if Ann were to become a widow with one child, she would receive 300 pounds and lay claim to a 1/3 of all estates. The deed was witnessed by John Sharp Farmer of Springfield in King's County, Lawrence Costilloe Farmer of Clonfert in County Galway, Jos[ep]h. Costillo Farmer of Clonfert in County Galway, and Robt. Green of Greenhills. The agreement was proven on 1 Jul 1767 by Lawrence Costillo.

On 11 Mar 1767 in Ireland, a memorial of an indented deed of release was recorded between Ann Sharp otherwise Coffy of Birr in King's County and George Sharp Gent. of Clonbrone in King's County. The deed states that the late Christopher Sharp Gent. of Clonbrone in King's County, before his death, was in possession of the Town and Lands of Clonbrone; he received the lease from Sir Laurence Parsons Baronet, dated 1 May 1747, for the term of three lives and yearly-rent of 20 pounds 7 shillings. Another indenture dated 30 Sep 1725 between Sir William Parsons and the said Christopher Sharp leased a brick house; for the term of the "lives therein and herein after mentioned" and yearly-rent of 8 pounds for the 1st two years and 12 pounds 10 shillings for the remainder. The deed continues to state Christopher Sharp died intestate and that the said Ann Sharp otherwise Coffy was the granddaughter and heir at law of the said Christopher Sharp; because of this she came into possession of the above-mentioned properties. She created a lease for the lands of Clonbrone to George Sharp for 1 year dated 12 Mar 1767 ("the day next") for 5 shillings. The lives of the lease were the said George Sharp, John Sharp son of the said Christopher Sharp, and Christopher Sharp son of Jeremiah Sharp on Shinrone. The brick house was formerly in "possession of Charles Williamson mearing on the plott in the possession of Mathew Hobart and on the other side mearing on the house in the possession of Timothy Mura in the street leading from the Market House to the Castle of Parsonstown together with the plot adjoining to the Quakers burial place and then late in the possession of Barthw. Meagher leading from the Town of Parsonstown towards full commonly knownly the name of Gallowshill all situated in the said King's County." The witnesses to the deed were John Sharp Gent., Jonathan Kent Gentleman of Birr in King's County, John Coffy, and John Ardill of the City of Dublin one of the attorneys; the deed was proven on 28 Nov 1786 by George Sharp.

A return to the Apothecaries' Hall in Dublin shows that on 15 Jan 1819, Christopher Sharpe of Parsonstown in King's County, was examined by the Governor and Directors of the Apothecaries' Hall in Dublin; he received a certificate of his proper qualification to become an apprentice to learn the business of an apothecary.
Christopher Sharpe appears to have been examined again on 16 Dec 1828; almost 10 years later.
