On 26 Jul 1768 in Fauquier County, Virginia, Euphima Davis made oath, executed and acknowledged bond and a certificate was granted for obtaining letters of administration of the estate of Thomas Davis deceased. James Freeman, Luke Holder, John Bell, and Stephen McCormack, or any three of them, were ordered to appraise the said estate.
